Within the coastal communities of Little Compton and Tiverton, you will find some of the most natural and secluded locations in Rhode Island. When you visit Little Compton or Tiverton, whether to enjoy a family vacation, visit a friend, or attend a wedding, you can now choose to rent one of our inn rooms, guest suites or cottages.

At LCInn our goal is to match visiting guests with local homeowners who have available guest accommodations on their property. These inn rooms are each privately owned and along with the host family are managed by Margaret and Peter Tirpaeck, formerly of the Stone House Club.

Margaret and Peter, with over 25 successful years in the hotel business, are now working with local families and have developed a unique network of cottages, inn rooms, and guestrooms available for rent in the communities of Tiverton and Little Compton, Rhode Island.

Our “Inn” rooms and properties each have their own attractions with personal touches that make you feel as though you are visiting a good friend. Each guestroom or cottage has its own private bath and separate entrances, and many of our units are equipped with small kitchens. Each room comes complete with linens, with the exception of beach towels.

Sakonnet Point, Little Compton

At LCInn, LLC, we manage the bookings, housekeeping and billing from our local office on 118 Sakonnet Point Road in Little Compton, Rhode Island. We personally service each property and provide all the rooms with a resource guide, a local map and personal insights into the surrounding area, enabling you to enjoy the region like a true local!
